Living the brand: At the heart of Club Med G.O’s free spirit

Started as a strategic collaboration, our partnership with Club Med has grown into a hands-on exchange of insights and experience. Our associates, Thuy Ha and Khoa Nguyen, recently returned from an immersive work placement at Club Med Sahoro. Not as partners observing the culture, but as active contributors to the brand’s day-to-day operations, honing skills and seeing perspectives that simply can’t be gained wholly from behind a desk.

What elevated this exchange was the dive into the philosophy behind a long-standing culture: multiculturalism, kindness, responsibility, and the spirit of celebration. These values were lived in the way Thuy realise just how deep the level of connection between a G.O and guests can go, and in how Khoa, who expected a standard professional setting, found instead a culture where joy flows naturally from morning “hello”s to night shows; or how small gestures like a remembered name and a warm greeting can make people feel seen.

Upon returning, both emerged with sharper professional instincts: how to communicate a brand not just through visuals or words, but through action and presence. And personally, they left with something more lasting. A deeper understanding of people and of themselves, shaped by countless interactions across cultures, roles, and languages. 

The exchange is more than being in the system to understand the drive behind every value delivery. It was a conscious commitment to learning through doing, to deepening empathy, strengthening adaptability, and building a first-hand understanding of how our partners operate on the ground. We believe true growth happens when people are given the space and, most importantly, infused with trust, to move beyond their comfort zones. It’s a universal agreement on how we should meet novelty once in a while to keep moving forward, but it’s in these opportunities that we find the uncertainty advantage that sets the pace for true evolution. 

Great partnerships don’t stop at contracts or campaigns. They open doors for mutual growth. They deepen each party’s understanding. They invest in people and community cared to sustain the shared values. 

To us, no brand is truly understood until the experience is lived, and more often than not, so do people when given the correct space to stretch, explore, and evolve. Grounded in growth, that is how we fortify its promise.
