Senna Wellness Retreat brings Mid-Autumn festival to 700 children in Sin Suoi Ho Commune, Lai Chau Province through the ‘Trăng Lên Đỉnh Núi’ campaign
Bac Ninh, Vietnam, 21 October 2025 – Senna Wellness Retreat successfully concluded ‘Moonrise Over the Mountain’ campaign with a charitable trip to Sin Suối Hồ Commune, Lai Châu Province, on 2 October 2025. The visit marked the completion of a nearly two-month initiative aimed at bringing a meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival to hundreds of children and local residents in Vietnam’s northern highlands. In collaboration with local authorities, border guards, and strategic partners, the event fulfilled its mission, spreading out the brand’s commitment to giving back and uplifting the community.

August 2025 marked the launch of ‘Trăng Lên Đỉnh Núi’ (Moonrise Over the Mountain) campaign with the introduction of the ‘Về Nguồn’ (Return to roots) mooncake collection, accompanied by a meaningful initiative titled ‘A Cake for a Cake – A Box for a Box’. For every mooncake sold, Senna pledged to gift another mooncake to children in the highland villages of Lai Châu. Continuing ethos of sharing, the campaign also featured an art showcase highlighting works by six local artists inspired by Vietnam’s rich heritage, national pride, and spirit of community that the project aimed to nurture.
As the final destination of the journey, the charitable trip to Lai Châu delivered 750 gift sets, including warm clothing and school supplies. Alongside these, 1,210 mooncakes and hundreds of lanterns were given to children and families, spreading sweet wishes for a joyful and abundant Mid-Autumn season. It surpassed the original goal by more than 50% thanks to the unwavering support and generosity of all parties involved. Marking the highlight of the journey was the Mid-Autumn celebration held at Senna Sanctuary Sin Suối Hồ under the theme ‘Sáng Mãi Nụ Cười Em’ (To Keep Your Bright Smile). The event brought an evening of warmth and joy to the highland community, where the mountain ambience came alive with the sounds of drums, lion dances, and the beloved appearances of Uncle Cuội and Sister Hằng. Complementing the vibrant atmosphere, performances by the children and border guards filled the night with laughter and applause – a truly gift of togetherness and joy for all.
The campaign’s success demonstrated the power of unity and collective spirit.
